Limits you can set with us

Time-out and self-exclusion
A time-out is a short break from your account; once requested, it cannot be reversed for 24 hours, so a change of mind an hour later doesn't reopen play. Self-exclusion is for longer breaks and starts with a 24-hour cooling-off stage — after that, one of our support agents talks you through the periods available, and you need to reply by email to confirm before it's set.
Account limits
You can set deposit or spending limits from your account settings at any time. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one, or removing it altogether, only takes effect 24 hours after you ask — the delay is deliberate, so a limit can't be talked down in the moment it's meant to hold.
